Several aspects go into making us feel prepared for a job interview, and we want formerly justice-involved women to have that same feeling of preparedness. This includes having a strong resume, knowing what to expect in an interview, having professional clothing and a put-together appearance, and having the resources to communicate with a potential employer.

 

The “back-on-your-feet” box campaign encourages individuals and organizations to put together a “care box” for a formerly justice-involved woman that is in the process of finding a job.
